1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website at leadsglide.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide performance marketing, tracking and automation services. Scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in proposals or statements of work (SOWs).
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, ad accounts access, and website access (as needed).
- Comply with platform policies (Meta/Google) and applicable laws.
- Make timely payments as per invoice terms.
4. Fees & Payments
Fees may include retainers, project fees, or ad spend management fees. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may pause services.
5. Intellectual Property
Pre-existing IP remains the property of each party. Final deliverables paid in full may be used by the Client. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7. Data & Compliance
Client represents that all data provided is collected lawfully with proper consent. We implement reasonable security controls but cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadsGlide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the preceding 3 months.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice for material breach if not cured within 10 days. Upon termination, outstanding invoices remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Dhaka.
